The rates include 4 staff – an excellent cook/housekeeper, 2+ domestic staff and a grounds man. Use of water toys. No food or beverages are included.

Staff gratuties are not included in the rates, and are left to your discretion. We recommend that any gratuties ( sometimes known as tips or service charge ) be given directly to the staff at the end of your stay.
